Job Summary

Design, configure, and maintain a large, globally accessed virtual desktop environment for an intelligence customer. Serve as the SME for troubleshooting VDI performance issues across complex production environments, providing Tier 3/4 support and endpoint support. Optimize desktops for interoperability, advise on system design and integration, identity lifecycle management, and process automation, and conduct trade studies to recommend solutions and “make/buy” decisions.

Key Responsibilities

•Design, configure, and maintain a large, globally accessed virtual desktop environment.
•Troubleshoot VDI performance issues across the organization as the SME.
•Provide Tier 3/4 support to system administrators to resolve VDI issues and offer endpoint support.
•Guide optimization of desktops for platform interoperability and liaise between VDI technologies.
•Conduct system design/integration work including identity lifecycle management, process automation, and trade studies to recommend solutions.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 125,800 - 170,200 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of related experience with a BS degree or a combination of years of experience and education.
•Experience providing engineering support for legacy and current versions of Citrix products.
•Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops v7.15 (or later), including Citrix Provisioning Services (PVS) and Machine Creation Services (MCS).
•Citrix Cloud Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD) and Citrix NetScaler/ADC/VPX.
•Active/current TS/SCI clearance and US citizenship required.
