Associate General Counsel, Commercial (Infrastructure)

Partner with procurement, supply chain, partnerships, finance, and product teams to structure, negotiate, and manage commercial agreements across OpenAI’s infrastructure portfolio. Own legal strategy and risk management for infrastructure transactions, draft and advise on complex deals with suppliers and hardware ecosystem partners, and develop procurement and contracting frameworks. Collaborate with policy and regulatory colleagues on global supply chains, export controls, and manufacturing considerations.
