IT Systems Administrator

Own and administer Instructure’s internal IT infrastructure, keeping core systems fast, secure, and highly available. Manage Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Entra ID, handle patching, endpoint management, and monitoring, and run backups plus disaster recovery testing. Support product teams enabling Canvas, Mastery, and Parchment, automate routine work with PowerShell or similar scripting, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues while documenting fixes.
