Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with the Engineering Director to develop and implement a detailed architectural strategy aligned to business goals.
  • •Lead architectural governance and facilitate decision-making processes.
  • •Directly manage Solution and Technical Architects and mentor team members for growth.
  • •Design end-to-end solutions for retail and e-commerce platforms based on stakeholder requirements.
  • •Evaluate and recommend technologies to improve performance, security, and scalability, while coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • •5+ years of experience designing and implementing scalable retail and e-commerce systems.
  • •Proven leadership experience managing teams of 5–10.
  • •Strong knowledge of relevant technologies, including Salesforce Commerce Cloud and cloud-based solutions like Azure.
  • •Familiarity with Order Management Systems and retail POS platforms, plus experience with DevOps practices and tools.
