Maintain a clean, organized bar area and ensure it is always well-stocked. Serve customers their favorite drinks with a smile, master and mix the restaurant’s cocktails, and manage drink requests while working closely with the Front of House team. Uphold required health and safety and restaurant standards, maintain bar stock levels during shifts, and properly set up and close down the bar according to restaurant procedures.
