Key Responsibilities

  • •Own full-cycle recruitment for EPD roles across a range of levels.
  • •Partner with hiring managers to build role scorecards, calibrate on “great,” and keep pipelines moving.
  • •Build and run multi-channel sourcing strategies, market maps, and competitive talent analysis.
  • •Track pipeline data and flag bottlenecks early with recommendations.
  • •Sell candidates on the full picture—Scribe’s product, joining now, and roadmap/AI direction—and communicate proactively with teams and candidates.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a focus on technical roles.
  • •Experience recruiting at a fast-growing, early-stage SaaS startup during headcount or revenue scaling.
  • •Built sourcing strategies from scratch and consistently landed strong passive technical talent.
  • •Closed EPD candidates and can assess and differentiate top talent.
  • •Fluent in Ashby and Juicebox (or comparable sourcing tools) and uses data to drive decisions.
