Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver vehicles straight to customers’ doors using custom car haulers and receive training as needed.
  • •Frequently load/unload vehicles onto the hauler and inspect the car-hauler to ensure safe-to-drive conditions.
  • •Complete customer paperwork and enter thorough notes in the customer tracking system.
  • •Consistently drive safely and maintain a clean driving record in accordance with Carvana’s CMV Driver Qualification policy.
  • •Maintain availability for rotating days off between weekdays and weekends while working the assigned shift hours.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 2 years of customer-facing experience.
  • •Must be able to perform physically demanding tasks, including loading/unloading and detailing vehicles, in indoor/outdoor conditions.
  • •Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
  • •Must be at least 21 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license.
  • •Obtain required licenses in the first 90 days (including a Notary in your local jurisdiction within 90 days; and state-specific licenses such as chauffeur’s license, vehicle verifier license, or salesperson license as applicable).
