Job Summary

Solution Consultants drive discovery, implementation, and adoption for OnePlan’s AI-enabled portfolio and work management solutions. You’ll lead discovery sessions, configure portfolios and resources, integrate with Microsoft Project Online, Smartsheet, and Power BI, and partner with clients throughout delivery—from requirements gathering to adoption—while working in a remote, collaborative environment.

•Lead discovery sessions to understand business needs and translate them into OnePlan configurations
•Implement and integrate PPM or Work Management platforms such as OnePlan, Microsoft Project Online, or Smartsheet
•Configure portfolios, project plans, resource plans, and financial tracking to support strategic prioritization and delivery
•Use Microsoft technologies such as Project, Power BI, Power Automate, and Microsoft 365 to extend solutions and connect with client ecosystems
•Partner with clients throughout the delivery lifecycle from requirements gathering through adoption

•3 to 5+ years of hands-on implementation experience with PPM or Work Management platforms (OnePlan, Microsoft Project Online, Clarity PPM, Planview, Smartsheet) in a SaaS or consulting environment
•Familiarity with the Microsoft ecosystem including Project, Power Platform, and Microsoft 365 with experience integrating them into broader solutions
•Understanding of PPM and SPM concepts such as capacity planning, time tracking, benefits realization, and resource management
•Consultative mindset with the ability to map business processes to system configurations and deliver outcome-based solutions
•Strong communication skills with experience leading client engagements in a remote environment
