Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee risk management and ensure business impact assessments and service continuity plans are up to date across Site Support operations.
  • •Coordinate incoming and current project pipelines across Remote Operations, including evaluations for project requests.
  • •Own and maintain the Site Support service catalogue, system interfaces, and the lifecycle of the technical knowledge base.
  • •Drive performance analytics and continuous improvement, tracking customer satisfaction metrics and coordinating Peakon feedback actions.
  • •Serve as the central communications hub for Remote Operations and manage day-to-day spend tracking, including requisitions, receipts, and invoices.

  • •Solid professional experience in IT, ideally project coordination, administration, or management, with the ability to thrive in fast-paced matrix environments.

  • •Knowledge of IT service frameworks such as ITIL and CMMI, with familiarity with Waterfall and Agile/Scrum delivery models.
