Key Responsibilities

  • •Dig into inherited Scala systems to identify root problems, plan scaling, and implement improvements.
  • •Redesign the data layer used by ML/AI products to enable better performance and scalability.
  • •Build out a Rust framework to allow teams to ship correct, performant services without reinventing fundamentals.
  • •Improve observability and resilience across the platform to detect and fix issues before customers are affected.
  • •Shape developer tooling and engineering standards so the team’s work multiplies overall effectiveness.

Key Requirements
