Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide guidance on Appian product configuration, mapping requirements and rulesets to Appian objects and process flows.
  • •Liaise with customers to collect, clarify, analyze, and translate business requirements into technical designs and implementations.
  • •Produce rulesets, configurations, and process workflows; support requirement gathering sessions and deliver technical solutions.
  • •Collaborate with stakeholders to understand client enterprise needs and lead large, multi-year program initiatives.
  • •Create and maintain business process and technical documentation, including workflows and architecture/interface diagrams; participate in customer and internal meetings.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 140,000 - 150,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree with 12+ years (or commensurate experience).
  • •3+ years hands-on Appian experience (Appian 18.x and above), including developing Appian plugins and configuring forms, reports, and underlying logic.
  • •3+ years in defining/documenting architecture and using different architectural views, plus 3+ years Agile software development on large, business-critical applications.
  • •3+ years enterprise application integration experience (SOA/ESB) and n-tier client-server architectures.
  • •Ability to obtain and maintain a Suitability/Public Trust clearance; strong analytical, interpersonal, and oral/written communication skills.
