Job Summary

Join as a Retail Personal Banker Associate on a 4–8 week onboarding program with rotations in operations and sales/service, ending with a certification. Use consultative sales and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles, recommend retail consumer and small business solutions, and use CAMP/approved marketing tools to set financial review appointments. Cross-sell, perform teller transactions, support platform staff, and partner with business stakeholders to deliver holistic referrals while following risk and ethics policies.

Key Responsibilities

•Use consultative sales and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify current and future financial needs.
•Maintain knowledge of retail consumer and small business products/services and recommend solutions using the value proposition.
•Use CAMP and other approved marketing tools to proactively reach out to customers and schedule periodic financial reviews.
•Cross-sell to existing customers, engage in outside sales activities, and partner with business partners (Mortgage, Small Business, Commercial and Investment) for referrals.
•Process teller transactions and support platform staff while following risk, confidentiality, and ethics policies.

Key Requirements

•College degree or work experience with transferrable skills (or a combination of education and experience).
•Experience in the financial industry (preferred).
•Demonstrated ability to perform sales activities to acquire new consumer households and/or cross-sell to existing customers.
•Ability to demonstrate understanding of advanced math functions for analysis of credit and financial information.
•Maintain S.A.F.E. Act registration through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) at time of employment.
