Own day-to-day supermarket operations to deliver seamless customer service and drive sales, profitability, and stock management. Implement supermarket strategies with Head Office/Corporate, analyze commercial performance and reports, manage operational costs within budget, and coordinate with department heads to ensure stock availability and timely deliveries. Lead and develop the team through performance management and corrective actions, while supervising service and maintenance so assets remain operational and safe.
