Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead day-to-day execution of subsystem deliverables across multiple programs, aligning cost, schedule, and technical performance targets.
  • •Partner with Program Management to define priorities, understand hardware demand, and align resources to meet key milestones.
  • •Manage and mentor project engineers covering estimation, scope planning, risk analysis, EACs, and technical execution.
  • •Develop and maintain a product roadmap supporting long-term business goals, collaborating with Engineering and Strategy teams.
  • •Use Earned Value Management (EVM), LREs, and key metrics to track performance, manage variances, and drive corrective actions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • •At least one year of experience in a leadership role (team leader, temporary manager, large-scale cross-functional project/program management, or formal manager experience) or completion of the Boeing course “Exploring Leadership.”

  • •Demonstrated knowledge of cost, schedule, technical, and risk management principles.
