Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and own the technical vision for AI-powered GTM systems, covering both low-code automation and custom agentic AI builds.
  • •Create and publish reference architectures, design patterns, and decision frameworks for low-code vs. custom and human-in-the-loop vs. automated workflows.
  • •Lead architectural design for complex GTM systems, including multi-system integrations and real-time event processing with cross-platform orchestration.
  • •Serve as technical authority on LLM orchestration, including prompt safety, RAG, model context management, tool calling, and responsible AI design.
  • •Own GTM integration architecture and champion a low-code-first governance model that enables safe automations.
  • •Conduct architecture reviews, provide structured feedback, and publish thought leadership such as white papers and architecture decision records.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • •10+ years of software engineering experience shipping production-grade backend systems.
  • •Minimum 3 years of Technical Lead experience.
  • •Hands-on proficiency with LLM orchestration and agentic frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, or LlamaIndex.
  • •Experience designing and implementing RAG systems, including vector databases, retrieval strategies, chunking, and embedding pipelines.
