Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead as the primary adviser on complex ER matters across relevant markets, including disciplinaries, grievances, investigations, performance concerns, misconduct issues, appeals, and sensitive exits.
  • •Partner with HR, Legal, Compliance, and business leaders to assess people risk and deliver timely, fair, well-documented outcomes.
  • •Support organizational change activities, including workforce change/optimization programs, operating model changes, consultation processes, and communication planning.
  • •Advise and coach managers and senior stakeholders on case handling, documentation quality, investigation standards, policy application, and risk-aware decision-making.
  • •Develop ER frameworks and lead training/enablement initiatives to improve leader capability and consistency with employment legislation and company values.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years leading employee relations (ER) delivery at a regional level, with business partnering experience preferred.
  • •Extensive ER experience in international, high-growth, regulated, or complex environments across Asia and Africa.
  • •Experience handling complex investigations and employee relations cases (disciplinaries, grievances, redundancies, performance, misconduct) from assessment to resolution.
  • •Proven ability to operate across multiple countries with strong ER risk awareness, documentation discipline, and defensible decision-making.
  • •Track record advising on complex M&A assessment and integration, and using a data-informed, pragmatic approach to solving people risk.
