Job Summary

Provide professional remote technical support at an entry (L1) level by handling and resolving client incidents in line with established procedures. Investigate and diagnose issues using service assurance tools, monitor service delivery against SLAs, and maintain accurate configuration records. Document, escalate, and follow up on unresolved incidents until resolution, coordinating with stakeholders to restore service and improve prevention.

Key Responsibilities

•Maintain support processes and handle client support requests according to procedures.
•Use service assurance software and tools to investigate, diagnose problems, collect performance statistics, and create reports.
•Identify and resolve incidents following agreed procedures, and escalate and follow up on unresolved incidents until resolution.
•Monitor service delivery against service level agreements, maintain records, and analyze service records to support or improve service levels.
•Document and close incidents, maintain secure and accurate configuration on configuration items (CIs), and apply tools/processes to track and correct CI-related information.

Key Requirements

•Degree or relevant qualification in Information Technology, Computing, or a related field.
•Associate-level certifications in security technologies (e.g., Cisco, Microsoft, ARC, Audio Codes, PeterCOnnect, Sonus) such as CCNA, JNCIA, ACCA, PCNSA, CCSA.
•Entry-level experience with security technologies such as firewall, IPS, and IDS.
•Entry-level experience in technical support and providing remote support to clients.
•Entry-level experience in diagnosis and troubleshooting in a pressurized environment.
