Job Summary

AI Business Analyst bridging business analysis, AI enablement, and transformation delivery within Capco’s Wealth & Asset Management practice. You’ll identify AI-enabled opportunities across investment operations, client servicing, onboarding, and reporting; facilitate workshops; support Agile delivery; and partner with AI engineers to roll out compliant, measurable AI solutions in regulated financial services.

Key Responsibilities

•Identify AI-enabled business opportunities across investment operations, client servicing, onboarding, reporting, and operational workflows in wealth and asset management.
•Facilitate workshops, gather and document requirements, analyze business processes, and translate challenges into practical AI-enabled solutions.
•Support Agile and hybrid delivery by contributing to backlog refinement, user stories, acceptance criteria, governance reporting, and stakeholder coordination.
•Partner with AI engineers, architects, product owners, and transformation teams to develop, test, validate, and rollout AI-enabled capabilities within regulated environments.
•Contribute to responsible AI adoption by supporting governance, risk, compliance, operational readiness, training, and change management activities across client organisations.
