Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify AI-enabled business opportunities across investment operations, client servicing, onboarding, reporting, and operational workflows in wealth and asset management.
  • •Facilitate workshops, gather and document requirements, analyze business processes, and translate challenges into practical AI-enabled solutions.
  • •Support Agile and hybrid delivery by contributing to backlog refinement, user stories, acceptance criteria, governance reporting, and stakeholder coordination.
  • •Partner with AI engineers, architects, product owners, and transformation teams to develop, test, validate, and rollout AI-enabled capabilities within regulated environments.
  • •Contribute to responsible AI adoption by supporting governance, risk, compliance, operational readiness, training, and change management activities across client organisations.
