Job Summary

Build and scale web integrations, infrastructure, and web platforms that power Zillow’s marketing organization. Serve as the technical liaison across marketing, product, engineering, and vendor teams, designing and implementing new web components and workflows. Own web project planning from requirements through testing, validation, compliance review, launch, and user training. Collaborate on technical architecture, drive AI adoption in Marketing Technology, and manage risks and dependencies to deliver automation and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

•Drive the marketing web technology roadmap by onboarding new web platforms, including requirements definition, implementation, integration, execution, testing/validation, compliance review, and end-user training.
•Shape MarTech web system design and technical architecture decisions to establish a flexible, scalable, and secure tech stack.
•Identify web business requirements and data needs to enable personalized customer experiences.
•Collaborate with marketing, product, and engineering to create technical web project plans, align roadmaps, and coordinate sprint schedules and release plans across dependencies.
•Drive AI adoption in Marketing Technology by identifying high-impact use cases, implementing AI-powered workflows, and using automation to improve efficiency.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in Marketing Technologies, Front End Engineering, Full-Stack Engineering, or Web Development in a technical setting, or a similar role.
•Experience building end-to-end applications, including frontend UI (e.g., React/Next.js), backend services (e.g., Node/JavaScript), and API integrations (REST/GraphQL).
•Experience with modern data storage technologies (e.g., SQL/NoSQL databases) and delivering data needs for marketing personalization.
•Experience deploying and operating applications in cloud environments (AWS) using containers (Docker) and CI/CD pipelines; ideally with infrastructure-as-code.
•Experience developing/customizing WordPress themes and plugins and integrating WordPress as a headless CMS with modern frontend frameworks.
