Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the wireless product line end-to-end across hardware, firmware, software, and cloud management.
  • •Build the observability platform to make wireless proactive, including defining what observability v1 includes and how success is measured.
  • •Ship wireless experience features such as automatic channel and power optimization, seamless roaming, client steering, and interference mitigation.
  • •Define and drive next revenue bets in Radio Resource Management, localization, and IoT with phased plans.
  • •Bridge support, customer experience, and sales with engineering by writing specs engineering trusts and documentation sales can use.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 205,000 - 275,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Know wireless fundamentals, including how IPSK works, how Radio Resource Management shapes deployment outcomes, and how access points behave under load.
  • •Understand Wi‑Fi standards evolution and what IT teams need during troubleshooting.
  • •Be able to work effectively across engineering, support, sales, marketing, and operations to earn trust and align on plans.
  • •Turn ambiguous, fragmented inputs (Slack threads, tickets, SE requests, and hardware constraints) into actionable roadmaps and specs.
  • •Be comfortable building with minimal PM structure and no onboarding playbook.
