Key Responsibilities

  • •Apply Boeing design principles to assess and resolve product and process issues throughout the product lifecycle.
  • •Analyze design non-conformances, perform root cause analysis, and develop engineering dispositions.
  • •Investigate technical, operational, and quality issues; develop interim and final engineering solutions to support safe, effective operation.
  • •Support design reviews and Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), represent engineering in build and post-production environments, and ensure compliance with Boeing standards across suppliers and build partners.
  • •Develop and implement product and process improvements; support MRBs and technical review forums; perform damage repair/structural modification analysis and simple static strength analysis.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or non-US equivalent qualifications related to the work statement.
  • •5+ years work-related experience with a Bachelors degree (or an equivalent combination of work-related experience and technical education).
  • •Experience with Material Review Board (MRB) product review.
  • •Demonstrated ability to assess and resolve product and process issues using sound engineering judgment.
