Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee wallet management operations including deposits, withdrawals, and uptime for exchange wallets.
  • •Monitor blockchain transactions to ensure timely processing and resolve delays or failures; coordinate network upgrades and token events.
  • •Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to react to incidents and implement safeguards.
  • •Review and optimize internal processes to enhance efficiency and user experience; analyze competitors and industry trends for improvements.
  • •Drive strategy with stakeholders across departments to resolve customer pain-points and enhance product UX; communicate with regulators and auditors.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years in crypto wallet operations, blockchain infrastructure, or a related role
  • •8+ years of experience in Product/Operations Management
  • •Familiarity with various blockchain technologies notwithstanding EVM, Polkadot, Cosmos
  • •Familiarity with on-chain analysis tools, DeFi protocols, and new projects
  • •Familiarity with wallet infrastructure such as nodes, signing services and wallet custody models (Hardware wallet, MPC, HSM, KSM, Embedded Custody)
