Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as Key Account Director, accountable for variable service delivery of project management and cost management services for the client account.
  • •Build and maintain client and stakeholder relationships to develop Turner & Townsend’s variable pipeline beyond the PMO.
  • •Own variable commissions throughout their lifecycle, serving as the escalation point for troubleshooting and performance issues.
  • •Build, lead, and maintain a team of dedicated variable Project Managers and Cost Managers across the Americas to support the top global client.
  • •Ensure compliance with internal policies and contractual obligations, lead contracting/POs/billing for variable commissions, and collaborate with Finance partners on rebate tracking and financial management.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 180,000 - 220,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Business, Finance, Project Management, Real Estate) or equivalent experience.
  • •Proven experience in a leadership role managing complex client accounts and service delivery, preferably in real estate or professional services.
  • •Demonstrated experience delivering project management and/or cost management services.
  • •Strong financial acumen managing P&L and contractual financial obligations, including rebate positions under Master Service Agreements.
  • •Ability to build, lead, and mentor high-performing teams and communicate effectively with clients and senior stakeholders.
