Job Summary

Own a territory across EMEA and APAC by building and managing a pipeline of enterprise web and mobile publishers. Drive high-value commercial conversations, lead discovery across commercial/technical/operational challenges, and convert early interest into qualified opportunities through the full sales cycle. Use ad-tech expertise (eCPM, fill rate, invalid traffic, programmatic monetization) to build compelling business cases, maintain accurate Salesforce forecasts, and coordinate onboarding handoffs while supporting implementation.

Key Responsibilities

•Build and manage a pipeline of enterprise web and mobile app publishers across EMEA and APAC.
•Create opportunities via outbound outreach, referrals, events, communities, and industry relationships.
•Secure conversations with senior decision-makers and turn early interest into qualified opportunities.
•Lead discovery and develop business cases for revenue growth, traffic protection, advertiser trust, and operational improvement.
•Manage the full sales cycle through negotiation, contracting, and close; maintain forecasts and next steps in Salesforce and support onboarding handoffs.

Key Requirements

•7–10 years of experience in sales, business development, partnerships, or another commercial role.
•Experience selling to or for the digital advertising ecosystem (sell side or buy side).
•Track record building pipeline and progressing complex/enterprise-level deals.
•Familiarity with eCPM, fill rate, invalid traffic, programmatic advertising, and publisher monetization concepts.
•Strong English communication skills; additional languages for EMEA/APAC are a plus.
