Key Responsibilities

•Deliver all aspects of procurement management.
•Provide procurement strategy advice including leading clients through the process of designing the optimum delivery model, contract strategy, commercial model and route to market for their project.
•Lead the competitive procurement process including market engagement, supplier shortlisting, tender document development, tender management, evaluation and negotiation.
•Maintain and develop good relationships with clients, take every opportunity to uphold and increase the profile of the firm as a provider of professional, premium quality services to the construction industry.
•Develop marketing opportunities and where appropriate bring to the attention of Directors and the Business Development Department, in order that they may assist in following up potential leads enabling the development of new business.

Key Requirements

•BA/BS + 8 years or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
•Experience in procurement management and track record in procurement.
•Public Contract Regulations understanding.

•Experience in rail sector is preferred or MCIPS is a plus.
