Key Responsibilities

•Act as the primary financial point of contact for 1–2 studio leaders and operational partners, translating complex P&L into actionable business narratives.
•Present financial analysis to leadership, clearly articulating key drivers and the “so-what” to influence decisions.
•Drive annual operating budget planning with studio management, ensuring resource assumptions and project plans align with studio reality and corporate targets.
•Provide decision support through modeling and scenario planning across lifetime P&Ls (e.g., technology upgrades, studio expansions, staffing model changes).
•Deliver monthly variance analysis and track KPIs, explaining the “why” behind performance to stakeholders managing spend.

Key Requirements

•4–6+ years of progressive FP&A, management consulting, or business-facing finance experience (preferably gaming or entertainment).
•Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
•Mastery of core FP&A duties including forecasting, variance analysis, and modeling.
•Proven ability to present and frame financials for non-finance audiences, especially creative or technical leaders.
•Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with practical project management knowledge.
