Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end configuration and change management processes to maintain accurate system baselines and audit-ready configuration information.
  • •Provide configuration management (CM) system services, including creating and maintaining a CM plan for recording/updating hardware and software asset configurations across networks.
  • •Plan, identify, control, track status, and verify configuration items (CIs) throughout their lifecycle to maintain consistency of enterprise CI information.
  • •Establish, design, implement, and manage formal change management policies and standardized methods to minimize change-related incidents.
  • •Manage, coordinate, monitor, and report change process activities and communicate with relevant parties to execute approved changes as planned.
