Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate overall implementation of Multi-Country and Single-Country Pandemic Fund grants and ensure alignment with approved proposals, workplans, donor requirements, and Steering Committee decisions.
  • •Lead PAR/QAR and assurance reviews, coordinating Implementing Partner Capacity Assessments, quality assurance reviews, spot checks, and consolidated reports with management action plans.
  • •Establish and oversee quality assurance frameworks, strengthen internal controls, monitor compliance, and ensure risks and corrective actions are tracked and closed.
  • •Oversee grant contract and financial management activities, including GLOAs/APWs/POs, defining TORs and deliverables, reviewing contract documentation, and monitoring budgets and timelines.
  • •Monitor implementing partner deliverables, payment schedules, and reporting obligations; maintain tracking tools and provide regular consolidated governance updates and submissions.

Key Requirements

  • •Advanced Master’s-level university degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field such as Public Health, Health Systems Management, Project Management, Finance, Health Economics, Epidemiology, International Development, or Business Administration.
  • •At least 7 years of progressively responsible experience in project management, programme coordination, and grant management, including public health programme implementation or related fields.
  • •Demonstrated experience monitoring and evaluation, compliance oversight, financial management, and reporting for donor-funded programmes.
  • •Demonstrated experience managing donor-funded programmes and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
  • •Excellent written and spoken English.
