Key Responsibilities

•Lead transformation of reporting and analytics capabilities across EMEA and APAC for the Tools & Outdoor business.
•Develop and implement standardized tools, platforms, and reports for scalable, data-driven decision-making.
•Drive delivery of strategic analytics initiatives aligned with business priorities and growth objectives.
•Ensure reporting solutions are reliable, scalable, and fit for evolving business needs.
•Partner with Finance, Commercial, and IT stakeholders to identify opportunities and deliver measurable value.

Key Requirements

•6+ years of experience in analytics within a multinational FMCG or similar environment.
•Proven experience delivering large-scale international data and analytics projects.
•Strong technical capability in Power BI, Power Query, Power Automate, Power Platform, Alteryx, Snowflake, Oracle Enterprise Planning, SQL, Advanced Excel, Macros, and VBA.
•Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management, and stakeholder communication skills.
•A degree in Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field; certifications or strong Power BI/Alteryx/Python project experience are a plus.
