Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead transformation of reporting and analytics capabilities across EMEA and APAC for the Tools & Outdoor business.
  • •Develop and implement standardized tools, platforms, and reports for scalable, data-driven decision-making.
  • •Drive delivery of strategic analytics initiatives aligned with business priorities and growth objectives.
  • •Ensure reporting solutions are reliable, scalable, and fit for evolving business needs.
  • •Partner with Finance, Commercial, and IT stakeholders to identify opportunities and deliver measurable value.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of experience in analytics within a multinational FMCG or similar environment.
  • •Proven experience delivering large-scale international data and analytics projects.
  • •Strong technical capability in Power BI, Power Query, Power Automate, Power Platform, Alteryx, Snowflake, Oracle Enterprise Planning, SQL, Advanced Excel, Macros, and VBA.
  • •Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management, and stakeholder communication skills.
  • •A degree in Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field; certifications or strong Power BI/Alteryx/Python project experience are a plus.
