  • •Conduct daily pre-shift meetings and communicate priorities, hazards, schedule changes, and site requirements.
  • •Monitor employee performance and provide mentoring and training as needed; ensure policy and safety compliance.
  • •Maintain fuel inventory and coordinate bulk fuel replenishment; lead and participate in safety meetings, inspections, and required training.

Key Requirements

  • •Be safety-conscious and committed to reliable equipment uptime.
  • •Follow fuel-handling, PPE, fire-prevention, and spill-response requirements; report and respond to fuel spills per the site emergency plan.
  • •Have previous experience fueling heavy equipment/construction equipment or other diesel/gasoline-powered equipment (preferred).
  • •Have experience operating a fuel truck, tanker, or bulk fueling system (preferred).
  • •Ability to work extended hours and outdoors in varying weather; safely lift and handle fueling hoses and equipment (up to 50 pounds).
