Key Responsibilities

  • •Set up the aircraft hanger and a flightline facility/hangar.
  • •Supervise all Flightline activities or any other assigned maintenance functions to ensure maintenance is performed per manuals and policies.
  • •Direct maintenance activities to ensure safe, on-time completion and airworthy aircraft across shifts.
  • •Coordinate with Maintenance to schedule flights and tasks, ensuring parts availability and minimal delays.
  • •Directly supervise a small team of SQEP technicians, mentor them to address skills gaps and ensure safety and standards are met.

Key Requirements

  • •Demonstrable experience in Aircraft maintenance and flightline supervision.
  • •Experience in Aircraft assembly and inspection techniques (bolted joints; bonded joints; electrical connections; riveting; paint and finishing; petrol-based propulsion systems; avionics integration and testing; composite airframes; fuel and hydraulic systems).
  • •Relevant qualification in aircraft maintenance/aviation technology/mechanical engineering.
  • •Excellent analytical skills, attention-to-detail, troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
