Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist with project set up by aligning drawing strategy, type/size, and drawing numbering with project lead.
  • •Agree priorities and deadlines for drawing production with the Project Lead.
  • •Develop general arrangement drawings from engineer sketches and other design team inputs, producing coordinated details.
  • •Ensure clarity, completeness, and accuracy of drawings and presentation materials produced.
  • •Adhere to drafting standards and procedures, and follow QA, document control, archiving, and CDM guidelines.

Key Requirements

  • •Graduate of a technical course or at least three (3) years in BS Engineering or BS Architecture.
  • •3–7 years of relevant civil drafting experience.
  • •Experience working on several-sized projects as CAD support and as part of a wider CAD team.
  • •Knowledge of drafting software such as AutoCAD, MicroStation, and ProjectWise.
  • •Proficiency in Civil 3D is an advantage; experience on Australian projects is preferred.
