Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute production plans in line with production schedules to ensure timely, efficient manufacturing operations.
  • •Oversee production equipment and machinery operations, ensuring proper functioning and compliance with safety protocols.
  • •Monitor production processes to maintain quality standards, identify deviations/defects, and implement corrective actions.
  • •Manage raw materials, components, and finished-goods inventory levels in coordination with procurement and logistics teams.
  • •Troubleshoot production issues/equipment malfunctions, maintain accurate production and maintenance records, and support HSE initiatives and incident reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years working experience with 3 years relevant experience.
  • •Practical understanding of industrial/manufacturing principles, standards, methods, and practices.
  • •Experience with lean concepts and manufacturing safety and quality process concepts, practices, and procedures.
  • •ERP knowledge with SAP functional skills required.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering (or related field) or a diploma in Industrial Engineering/related technical certificates.
