Key Responsibilities

  • •Integrate hardware, software, and firmware/app components on commercial and military platforms, and tailor systems engineering processes, practices, and tools.
  • •Develop preliminary and detailed designs for system and subsystem elements; review and validate internal and subcontractor designs, plans, and schedules.
  • •Translate customer and operational needs into clear, measurable, verifiable system and subsystem requirements, including operational concepts, use cases, interface requirements, and acceptance criteria.
  • •Manage requirements traceability from needs through design, implementation, integration, verification, and validation; maintain requirements baselines and manage changes through iterative/agile cycles.
  • •Support system architecture development, trade-off studies, integration and test planning, verification/validation activities, and field trials/demonstrations (including remotely or on customer site).

Key Requirements

  • •At least 10 years of professional experience designing and integrating complex systems in commercial and/or military domains.
  • •At least 3 to 7 years of experience in systems engineering, requirements engineering, or complex software/system integration.
  • •Proven ability to elicit, analyze, document, and manage technical requirements.
  • •Experience translating operational or business needs into system and subsystem requirements, using systems engineering principles (decomposition, interfaces, traceability, V&V).
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
