Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide operational and services support for corporate action events processing.
  • •Process and post corporate action events accurately within restricted timelines.
  • •Manage client instructions and prepare instructions within custodian deadlines and system cut-off times.
  • •Reconcile outstanding items and follow up on cases and discrepancies.
  • •Complete daily control sheets and update corporate action blotters, reporting exceptions and irregularities to management.

Key Requirements

  • •Good knowledge of banking products across different asset classes.
  • •Experience in banking or securities operations, with preferred knowledge of corporate actions for equity, bond, fund, or structured products.
  • •Experience handling high transaction volumes with narrow processing windows.
  • •Strong numerical skills and computer knowledge.
  • •Proficiency in English and working knowledge of Simplified/Traditional Chinese with good communication and problem-solving skills.
