Senior Manager, Concept to Consumer (CtC) Operations

Translate the CtC strategy into actionable plans that align cross-functional teams and enable new ways of working. Lead workshops to design and refine processes, run cross-functional projects across Planning, Merchandising, and Design, and create prototypes to validate deliverables. Drive change management, continuously improve adoption, document workflows and best practices, and monitor progress while partnering with technology teams to streamline operations.
