Key Responsibilities

  • •Complete the 14-week Graduate Training Program (GTP) and then assume Associate Account Manager responsibilities in a predetermined office location.
  • •Sell HVAC equipment and building management controls to commercial, industrial, and institutional customers.
  • •Work with engineers, architects, contractors, and owners/developers to design, apply, and sell equipment, controls, parts, and services.
  • •Build and strengthen customer relationships by identifying needs throughout the full sales cycle and solving customer challenges.
  • •Create and execute a territory sales plan and growth strategy to meet sales targets and secure design wins.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (open to all Engineering areas of emphasis), graduated prior to the start of the Graduate Training Program.
  • •A passion for continuous learning to understand and communicate engineering solutions.
  • •Prior internship experience at Trane Technologies or the ability to start in-office work 3 months prior to the GTP start date.
  • •Be a U.S. citizen or have the legal right to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
  • •Ability to temporarily relocate for the 14-week training program and possess a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance (and no major/frequent traffic violations).
