Registered Nurse - ER

Provide patient-centered emergency care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating programs of care within scope and licensure. Uphold safety by speaking up, treating patients with compassion, and working within competence limits. Maintain training and competency, support nursing staff and learners, and follow NMC policies. Contribute to quality improvement through incident reporting, audits, and patient satisfaction metrics, including responding to deteriorating patients using early warning and emergency algorithms.
