Job Summary

Serve as a senior compliance advisor to business stakeholders across Product, BD, Marketing, Operations, Institutional, VIP, and regional teams. Provide regulatory guidance for new product launches and commercial initiatives, assess cross-border jurisdiction implications, and support local Compliance Officers through aligned escalation and interpretations. Partner with Legal, Regulatory Compliance, AML, Risk, and Audit on regulatory matters, support inspections and remediation, and help standardize advisory documentation and compliance decision frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

•Advise business stakeholders across Product, BD, Marketing, Operations, Institutional, VIP, and regional teams on compliance matters.
•Provide regulatory guidance for new product launches, commercial initiatives, partnerships, customer journeys, and business model changes.
•Assess regulatory implications for expansion into new jurisdictions, including licensing considerations and conduct and operational compliance risks.
•Coordinate local Compliance Officers by aligning advisory positions, escalation practices, and regulatory interpretations across markets.
•Partner with Legal, Regulatory Compliance, AML, Risk, and Audit on cross-functional regulatory matters, including supporting inspections, remediation, and governance reviews.

Key Requirements

•6–10+ years of compliance experience in financial services, fintech, brokerage, capital markets, payments, or digital assets.
•Strong background in compliance advisory, regulatory compliance, or business-facing compliance roles.
•Proven experience advising senior business stakeholders on product, commercial, and regulatory matters.
•Experience handling complex cross-border and multi-jurisdiction compliance issues.
•Working knowledge of licensing frameworks, conduct risk, regulatory perimeter analysis, and business compliance controls.
