Key Responsibilities

•Maintain a safe, compliant work environment by following safety policies and using appropriate tools and equipment.
•Follow company safety guidelines and OSHA/MSHA standards; report concerns to designated leaders.
•Support the construction and paving crew with shoveling, raking, moving materials (wheelbarrows), and assisting truck operations.
•Communicate and signal equipment operators to coordinate alignment, movement, and material handling.
•Excavate, distribute, and level materials; lift, carry, and secure supplies; assist with traffic control devices and operate small power tools as needed.

•High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred; previous construction or related experience is advantageous.
