Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement the structured credit investment strategy by executing approved mandates with Management, Risk, and Finance.
  • •Source, screen, and analyze structured credit opportunities (including CLOs) and assess transaction structures, collateral quality, cash-flow mechanics, and counterparty strength.
  • •Construct and manage portfolio exposures, including development of risk-monitoring tools for performance, credit quality, concentrations, and market developments.
  • •Prepare portfolio reports and presentations for senior management and investment committees, recommending rebalancing and optimization strategies.
  • •Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory and supervisory requirements (including UAE Central Bank guidelines) and coordinate documentation, controls, and audit readiness with Risk, Compliance, and Legal.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 8 years of experience in structured credit markets as an arranger or investor, with significant exposure to ABS, MBS, and bespoke securitisation transactions.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
  • •CFA or FRM (or equivalent) preferred.
  • •Strong structured credit and securitisation expertise, including advanced financial modelling and cash-flow analysis.
  • •Knowledge of portfolio risk management, regulatory/capital frameworks, and market analysis with stakeholder communication and influence.
