Key Responsibilities

  • •Use the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify financial needs.
  • •Maintain in-depth knowledge of retail consumer and small business products/services and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • •Use CAMP and other approved marketing tools to proactively reach out to customers and set appointments for periodic reviews.
  • •Cross-sell to existing customers and engage in outside sales activities as directed.
  • •Process teller transactions and help open/close the financial center or bank mart; participate in consumer loan and bankcard processes from application through closing.

Key Requirements

  • •College degree or work experience providing transferrable skills, or a combination of education and experience.
  • •Experience in the financial industry preferred.
  • •Demonstrated ability to comfortably perform sales activities to acquire new customers and cross-sell to existing customers.
  • •Must be able to demonstrate understanding of advanced math functions for analysis of credit and financial information.
  • •This position requires S.A.F.E. Act registration at the time of employment through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS).
