Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial performance reports with executive-level insights.
  • •Oversee month-end close activities ensuring governance across accruals, provisions, reclasses, prepayments, and balance sheet integrity.
  • •Provide robust variance analyses (actuals vs budget/forecast/prior year) highlighting drivers, risks, and opportunities.
  • •Partner with the Regional CFO Finance team and senior stakeholders to drive forecasting, long-range planning, and performance management.
  • •Lead annual budgeting and forecasting cycles, including assumptions, scenario planning, and alignment with strategic priorities.

Key Requirements

  • •10–12 years of experience in FP&A/Financial Analysis
  • •Strong ability to interpret data, identify trends, and derive actionable insights
  • •Advanced proficiency in Power BI and Excel (Power BI preferred) and finance transformation experience
  • •Experience with TM1 and Workday would be an advantage
  • •Excellent stakeholder management and ability to translate complex financial data into clear insights
