Job Summary

Ensure Quilter Cheviot’s products meet client needs by producing product review papers, sourcing governance data, and presenting findings to the Product Governance Forum. Monitor distribution and fund-flow metrics, embed Customer Duty into team processes, maintain product governance policies and documentation, and collaborate with Marketing and Investment Specialists to ensure accurate product messaging and respond to third-party data requests.

Key Responsibilities

•Produce product review papers for the Product Governance Forum and wider business as required.
•Source papers and data for the PGF from other teams, and attend monthly PGF meetings to provide challenge.
•Support Customer Duty embedding and contribute to the annual Assessment of Value through data analysis.
•Maintain QC Product Governance policies, approvals, and PGF documentation.
•Monitor and analyze distribution data and fund flows, provide review reports, and respond to third-party data requests.
