Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate manufacturing activities in the designated production department to ensure quality, safety, productivity, and cost objectives are met.
  • •Lead and organize production activities with the production team working in rotating shifts.
  • •Manage production schedules and preproduction/shift activities including daily production planning, material preparation, produce to specification, quality gates, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.
  • •Monitor actual production results versus objectives using production reports, perform gap analysis, and drive corrective actions.
  • •Lead GPS (Global Performance management System) and special ELS Kaizen projects such as Process Improvement, TPM, and cost saving (e.g., waste reduction).

Key Requirements

  • •University degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
  • •5+ years of Operations/Manufacturing experience with 3+ manufacturing leadership experience preferred.
  • •Strong leadership qualities to organize and motivate production teams working rotating shifts.
  • •Knowledge and experience in Enterprise Lean Sigma / Lean Sigma is very preferred.
  • •Engineering/process knowledge in garment production, weaving, or printing operations is preferred, with fluent English.
