Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage projects and bids in line with Thales guidelines to meet business objectives.
  • •Collaborate with functional teams to ensure efficient delivery of bids/projects.
  • •Manage stakeholders and deliver external/internal communications, reporting, and customer relationship activities.
  • •Own bid/project integrated schedule, budget, baselines, risks, opportunities, and conduct gate reviews under Thales governance.
  • •Develop winning strategies, coordinate supplier/partner/subcontractor inputs, and guide less experienced bid and project managers.

Key Requirements

  • •Technical project management and delivery experience, including development of new products/solutions
  • •Degree qualified in business, engineering, project management, or a suitable discipline
  • •At least three years of Bid and Project Management experience with multi-partners/major co-contractors
  • •Experience with complex Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and Earned Value Management (EVM) techniques
  • •Experience with Defence ASDEFCON procurement and strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
