Specialist, Contract Commercial Support ( APAC Shift ) - 9-Month Contract

Support contract management operations for the contract management team by entering accurate deal data into CPQ, managing global orders (new, amended, and renewals), and tracking case statuses from deal creation through fulfillment and invoicing. Monitor escalations, collaborate with Sales and other stakeholders to resolve client and contract issues, maintain adherence to CPQ ecosystem procedures and business SLAs, document activity in CPQ, and provide audit-ready information while improving workflows.
