Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure compliance with the Manage the Job Cycle (MtJC) process.
  • •Partner with Service Delivery Coordinators and Sales to understand customer objectives, construction/production goals, and commercial terms.
  • •Perform offset job analysis and engineering modeling to identify application risks, hazards, and performance expectations.
  • •Design job programs, including risk mitigation and contingency plans, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to address technical and operational constraints.
  • •Provide on-demand technical support during job execution, document calculations/simulations, and support incident investigations and corrective actions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, Chemistry, or a closely related discipline.
  • •Hands-on experience in upstream oil & gas chemicals, including production chemicals, stimulation chemicals, drilling/completion fluids, asset integrity, or related applications.
  • •Strong understanding of chemical treatment programs, field applications, troubleshooting, and customer-facing technical support.
  • •Experience with technical job planning, treatment execution, performance optimization, and commercial/P&L considerations.
  • •Ability to travel to customer locations, field sites, and operational facilities as required.
