Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with recruiters and hiring leaders to define target profiles and build data-informed sourcing strategies across EU.
  • •Develop comprehensive talent landscapes (company, skills, function, geography, seniority, and org structure) and identify hidden talent pools and market trends.
  • •Use advanced sourcing methods and creative channels to identify, engage, and attract candidates across technical and non-technical disciplines.
  • •Proactively cultivate long-term pipelines of passive, hard-to-find talent to enable just-in-time hiring across EU markets.
  • •Design and improve AI-powered sourcing workflows and analytics to optimize outreach, increase recruiter productivity, and continuously evolve practices.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of sourcing experience, including supporting hiring across multiple EU markets and functions.
  • •Proven ability in market mapping, competitive intelligence, and candidate generation for difficult-to-fill roles.
  • •Deep expertise in advanced Boolean search and modern sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, HireEZ, SeekOut, and GitHub.
  • •Strong knowledge of the EU talent landscape, including regional hubs, competitor ecosystems, and country differences in recruiting.
  • •Hands-on experience building or leveraging AI-powered sourcing workflows, agentic tools, or practical automations to improve recruiting processes.
