Job Summary

Own end-to-end infrastructure deployment programs for new sites, capacity expansion, and modular (Spark) data centers. Define deployment engagement models and commissioning gate frameworks, lead “Phase 0” targets, and manage cross-SKU dependencies while building real-time execution dashboards for executive stakeholders. Serve as a technical leader for GPU/firmware, govern dependencies without escalation, coach junior TPMs, and integrate AI tools to improve risk detection and program tracking.

Key Responsibilities

•Own infrastructure deployment end-to-end for new sites and site expansions, including chip vendor/OEM dependencies, architecture updates, cloud foundations work, commissioning gate framework definition, and first customer cluster delivery.
•Lead Deployment Phase 0 by defining firmware and DOCA targets before kickoff, setting commissioning gate criteria, and defining the DRI matrix.
•Manage compounding cross-SKU dependencies across parallel active production programs and capacity expansion projects to prevent contention for the engineering pool.
•Own real-time execution dashboards and deliver crisp, data-driven executive updates that surface decision elements.
•Coach junior TPMs on technical depth, risk identification, and executive communication; integrate AI tools to improve program tracking and risk detection.

Key Requirements

•10+ years as a Technical Program Manager owning infrastructure deployment programs end-to-end at a hyperscaler, GPU cloud provider, or AI infrastructure company, ideally with large-scale capacity expansion experience.
•Deep, working fluency with GPU architecture across SKU generations and firmware lifecycle (DOCA, driver stacks, BIOS/BMC), plus compute orchestration, SDN, storage, networking (leaf-spine topology, ZTP, fabric commissioning), and monitoring/observability.
•Proven ability to define deployment engagement models from scratch and make them stick across engineering organizations.
•Track record of driving cross-organizational alignment at VP/SVP level without formal authority, including alignment on programs that fall between teams.
•Exceptional written and verbal communication for clear, data-driven, decision-oriented executive updates.
