Key Responsibilities

  • •Own infrastructure deployment end-to-end for new sites and site expansions, including chip vendor/OEM dependencies, architecture updates, cloud foundations work, commissioning gate framework definition, and first customer cluster delivery.
  • •Lead Deployment Phase 0 by defining firmware and DOCA targets before kickoff, setting commissioning gate criteria, and defining the DRI matrix.
  • •Manage compounding cross-SKU dependencies across parallel active production programs and capacity expansion projects to prevent contention for the engineering pool.
  • •Own real-time execution dashboards and deliver crisp, data-driven executive updates that surface decision elements.
  • •Coach junior TPMs on technical depth, risk identification, and executive communication; integrate AI tools to improve program tracking and risk detection.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years as a Technical Program Manager owning infrastructure deployment programs end-to-end at a hyperscaler, GPU cloud provider, or AI infrastructure company, ideally with large-scale capacity expansion experience.
  • •Deep, working fluency with GPU architecture across SKU generations and firmware lifecycle (DOCA, driver stacks, BIOS/BMC), plus compute orchestration, SDN, storage, networking (leaf-spine topology, ZTP, fabric commissioning), and monitoring/observability.
